We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve InspectAI Pro's services. Specifically, we use your data to process document analyses, deliver compliance checks and error detection, personalize your experience, communicate important updates, and ensure the security of our platform.
3. Document Processing & AI Analysis
Documents uploaded to InspectAI Pro are processed using our AI engine powered by GPT-4o. Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. Analysis results are generated in real-time, and uploaded documents are automatically deleted from our processing servers within 24 hours of analysis completion unless you explicitly save them to your account.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or document data to third parties. We may share information only with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform (cloud hosting, AI processing), when required by law or legal process, or with your explicit consent.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption, SOC 2 compliance, regular security audits, and access controls to protect your data. Our enterprise plan includes additional security features such as SSO, audit logs, and a dedicated account manager.
