What file formats does InspectAI Pro support?

InspectAI Pro supports over 50 file formats including PDF, DOCX, XLSX, images (PNG, JPG, TIFF), CSV, and more. Our AI can analyze any document type you throw at it.

How long does document analysis take?

Most documents are analyzed in under 3 seconds. Larger documents or batch uploads may take slightly longer. Our average processing time across all document types is 3.2 seconds.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All documents are encrypted using AES-256 encryption both in transit and at rest. Documents are automatically deleted from our processing servers within 24 hours. We are SOC 2 compliant and undergo regular security audits.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription from your account settings at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! Our Starter plan is completely free and includes 5 inspections per month. For our Professional plan, we offer a 7-day free trial with full access to all features.
