1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using InspectAI Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using InspectAI Pro on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
InspectAI Pro provides AI-powered document intelligence services including document analysis, compliance checking, error detection, risk scoring, and report generation. The service is available through our web-based platform and API.
3. Account & Subscriptions
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. InspectAI Pro offers three subscription tiers: Starter (free, 5 inspections/month), Professional ($29/month with unlimited inspections), and Enterprise ($99/month with team features). You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use InspectAI Pro only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to process documents containing illegal content, attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models, share your account credentials with unauthorized users, or use automated tools to overload the service beyond your plan limits.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the documents you upload and the analysis results generated from them. InspectAI Pro retains ownership of the platform, AI models, and all underlying technology. We do not use your documents to train our AI models without your explicit consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
InspectAI Pro provides document analysis as an assistive tool. Our AI-generated results are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or compliance advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on analysis results. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.99% uptime for Enterprise customers and 99.9% for all other plans. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with 30 days' notice.
